I'm passionate about a several things, some of which I am sharing on this site. As a single mother, I spent years doing whatever soul crushing job I could find to pay the bills. It took many of those years to get to a place where I trusted the universe enough to chose passion over a paycheck. To this day I would rather eat rice cakes every night than take a high paid job that would not allow me to be who I really am, or contribute to humanity in any real way.
I have also always had this profound belief that if everyone is connected and that we are all greatly in need of being reminded of that. Though the services I offer may seem divergent, there is an underlined energy that carries it all. Improv is about working as a team, trusting each other and letting go of ego. It is also about the art and healing properties of laughter. Team building is a logical by product of the ensemble work required to perform completely unscripted work, and to unify people in a common purpose. Reiki & Shamanistic healings are spiritual team work channeled by the Practitioner, to and from the Client, via Divine energy that is in and around all of us. It is all about unification, healing, and joyfulness!

I believe that each of us are completely linked to all others and if we were all able to do what we were drawn to, inspired by, and naturally gifted at; every need would be filled, and every person fulfilled. I am blessed to be as nieve, rebellious, or whatever it is in me that will not settle for a label, but keeps searching for new ways of being and relating to others. It has allowed me to lead an impossibly interesting life. Not always pretty, but full of surprises, possibility and learning opportunities.
I am a certified Reiki Master, intutive empath, and shaman as well as an ordained minister. I work with the light energy of the Divine, Angels, elements and the energetic fileds that are all around, and within us. Though I have studied and practice traditional energy medicine practices from all over, each healing session is unique as I draw from the practice or combination of practices I am guided to for each individual client.
