Welcome to my site!
Thanks for coming to visit! Most people who happen by here do so because of my reputation as an improviser, a corporate team building facilitator, or as a Medicine Woman. All would be correct, and all work together in my world.
I'm passionate about a several things, some of which I am sharing on this site. I spent years doing whatever soul crushing job I could find to pay the bills. It took many of those years to get to a place where I trusted the Universe enough to chose passion over a paycheck. When I did, I found myself doing what I love to do for a living, Improv, corporate workshops and energy healing! Attracting abundance is a free fall into faith, and I still practice that daily. I have been rewarded with an amazing theater, wonderful clients, a healthy family and more life crazy lessons than I can count. My life has been impossibly interesting, often messy, and always full of surprises.
Though the services I offer may seem divergent, there is an underlined energy that runs through it all. Improv is about working as a team, trusting each other and letting go of ego. It is also about the art and healing properties of laughter. Team building is a logical by product of the ensemble work required to perform completely unscripted work, think on your feet, creative problem solving, and complete trust in your team. Reiki healing is spiritual team work between the client, practitioner and the Divine.
All that I do is about unification, healing, and joyfulness!
This site is about sharing the things I believe in, the ways I am inspired to help others, and contribute to the greater good.

The Wild Goose Fest is a spiritual, art, activist festival that brings people from all belief systems together into one amazing community to serve the greater good. I love it and will be presenting along side Marianne Williamson and Nadia Bolz Weber, 2 woman I greatly admire for their truth, tenacity and spiritual fortitude!

Medicine Woman bio: I have studied energy medicine and indigenous earth medicine/shamanism for over 20 years, from many teachers including Robbie Otter Woman, The late Sobonfu Some' of South Africa, Katherine Leahman, Jessica Peach, Alberto Villialdo and the Q'eros Shaman of Peru, Huna from Serge Kayhill King and many ancestral teachers, I have been trained and indoctrinated as a womb keeper, sacred fire keeper, water worker and Reiki Master. I'm owner of Medicine Woman Dance, a visioned dance to help remove trauma, reconnect to the earth to find one's own sacred self. I created the Improv Shaman workshops which demonstrate the healing medicine of improvisational comedy and group mind/energy exercises required to function as an ensemble as well as how to bring more joy into ones life by living in the moment. I have been a professional corporate trainer for over 28 years and an improviser for over 25 years. I'm also a veteran, inter-faith minister, white water raft guide, writer and grandparent. .
